Karlina Panagiotaros
Director and Principal Psychologist
Meet Karlina Panagiotaros, a warm and compassionate psychologist dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their well-being. With her extensive qualifications and experience, Karlina is here to support you on your journey towards better mental health.
Karlina is a fully registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (general registration number PSY0002192271). She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a complementary major in Criminology from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate of Psychology from James Cook University. Throughout her career, Karlina has worked closely with children, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disabilities, and Emotional and Behavioural disorders. She has valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, including her work with the Department of Education, where she provided psychological counselling, assessment, and intervention services. From her work experience, and being a foster carer, Karlina has a special interest in supporting carers of individuals with additional needs. She is also passionate about supporting autistic individuals, particularly assessments for females.
Building strong relationships is at the core of Karlina's approach. She believes in creating a safe and accepting environment where you can freely express yourself.
Outside of her professional life, Karlina enjoys spending time at the beach and has recently discovered the joys of ocean swimming. Her positive energy and love for nature add an extra touch of warmth to her practice.
Harriet Hulme
Psychologist
Harriet is ready to support you on your journey towards positive change and well-being. Harriet has a keen interest in working with all people across the life spectrum, including neurodivergent individuals, people from diverse cultural backgrounds, people with additional health challenges and the LGBTQIA+ community. She is also registered to support clients through Victims Services. Harriet is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (general registration number PSY0002410294).
One of Harriet's key strengths lies in empowering her clients to identify the changes they wish to make in their lives. She addresses a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as providing functional interventions for neurobiological conditions like autism and ADHD. Harriet utilises evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies to guide her clients towards the positive changes they desire.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Harriet also conducts various assessments. These include cognitive assessments (IQ), autism assessments, academic evaluations, and ADHD assessments for both children and adults. These assessments provide valuable insights and support the development of personalised treatment plans.
At Harriet's practice, you'll experience a warm and welcoming environment where you can openly discuss your concerns and goals. She understands the importance of individuality and tailors her approach to meet your unique needs. When she is not in clinic, Harriet enjoys running and has participated in a half marathon!
Chanelle Tarabay
Psychologist
Chanelle is a registered psychologist (PSY0002410294) with an enthusiastic and positive behaviour support practitioner who enjoys working with people of all age groups. She is particularly passionate about working with teens, adults, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, and LGBTQIA+ members of the community. Chanelle has developing interests in supporting older people who may suffer from depression, anxiety, and dementia.
She primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but is skilled in the use of a wide range of evidence based therapies such Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Chanelle enjoys tailoring her approach to her client’s needs to best support them in their therapeutic goals.
Chanelle is also able to conduct cognitive assessments (WAIS-IV, WISC-V), functional assessments (ABAS-III, WHODAS), functional behavioural assessments, ADHD assessments, and memory assessments (WMS-IV, RBANS). These assessments can facilitate access to additional supports (e.g., NDIS funding) and help tailor the right treatment plan for you.
When with Chanelle, you can be assured of a safe, inclusive, collaborative space where you are the author of your personal journey. As an objective, empathic collaborator, Chanelle will be there to support you every step of the way.
When out and about, Chanelle enjoys curling up with a new novel under a warm blanket, playing netball, and practicing Pilates.
Ashleigh Colombini

Meet Ashleigh, a friendly and dedicated Speech Pathologist who is here to support you or your loved ones in developing effective communication skills. With her extensive experience and passion for helping people with diverse diagnoses, Ashleigh is a valuable member of our team.
Ashleigh is a fully registered Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia (member number 25905). She obtained her Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney in 2011, and since then, she has been making a positive impact in the lives of her clients. Throughout her career, Ashleigh has worked with both children and adults facing various challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Rett Syndrome. She has gained valuable experience from her time at SDN Children's Services, Cerebral Palsy Alliance, and Ageing, Disability, and Home Care.
Ashleigh's particular area of interest lies in supporting individuals with complex communication needs, helping them harness the power of high-tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. She believes in delivering high-quality and evidence-based interventions that are centred around the person and their family. Ashleigh recognises the importance of collaboration, working closely with her clients, their families, and other support networks to ensure that everyone is involved in the process of achieving communication goals.
When she's not passionately helping her clients, Ashleigh enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her own family. She understands the value of enjoying life's simple pleasures!

Zara’s enthusiasm and kindness shine through in everything she does, and she’s already becoming the go-to for all operational tasks. Zara ensures that everyone has what they need and that things run smoothly behind the scenes. We’re so lucky to have her with us!

Meet our therapy dog, Zuki! Zuki is a 3 year old golden retriever who happily lives with our Director Karlina.
Our furry friend brings joy, comfort, and healing to those in need. With a wagging tail and an ever-warming presence, Zuki has undergone specialised training, carefully honing her innate ability to provide unconditional love and support.
Zuki plays a vital role in our practice, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing the therapeutic experience. From children to adults, she has a special talent for forging connections and providing solace during difficult times. Whether you seek emotional support, a listening ear, or simply the unconditional love of a furry friend, our therapy puppy is here to help.
In addition to being a comforting presence, Zuki is also able to help individuals overcome their fear of dogs, alongside our qualified psychologists!
