Harriet Hulme
Harriet is here to support you on your journey to well-being, offering a warm and welcoming space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. She has a passion for working with people across all walks of life, including neurodivergent individuals, those from diverse cultural backgrounds, people with additional health challenges, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Harriet is also registered to support clients through Victims Services.
As a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PSY0002410294), Harriet empowers her clients to identify the changes they want to make, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She also provides functional support for neurobiological conditions like autism and ADHD. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Harriet tailors her methods to fit your unique needs.
Beyond therapy, Harriet offers a range of psychological assessments, including cognitive (IQ) testing, autism and ADHD assessments, and academic evaluations for children and adults. These assessments provide valuable insights and help create personalised strategies for growth and success.
When she’s not in the clinic, Harriet enjoys running, Muay Thai and finding the best donut places in Sydney! She’s also continuing to deepen her expertise, having recently been accepted into her clinical master's program (a big deal in the psychology world!)
