Psychologist
Chanelle is a registered psychologist (PSY0002410294) with an enthusiastic and positive behaviour support practitioner who enjoys working with people of all age groups. She is particularly passionate about working with teens, adults, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, and LGBTQIA+ members of the community. Chanelle has developing interests in supporting older people who may suffer from depression, anxiety, and dementia.
She primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but is skilled in the use of a wide range of evidence based therapies such Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Chanelle enjoys tailoring her approach to her client’s needs to best support them in their therapeutic goals.
Chanelle is also able to conduct cognitive assessments (WAIS-IV, WISC-V), functional assessments (ABAS-III, WHODAS), functional behavioural assessments, ADHD assessments, and memory assessments (WMS-IV, RBANS). These assessments can facilitate access to additional supports (e.g., NDIS funding) and help tailor the right treatment plan for you.

When out and about, Chanelle enjoys curling up with a new novel under a warm blanket, playing netball, and practicing Pilates.
